Our team organizes travel itineraries throughout Italy, following the customer’s instructions regarding duration, location, experiences, needs, and interests.
You will have the opportunity to discover and visit the places of your dreams with the help of certified and specialized guides who, thanks to their experience, will allow you to enjoy an authentic and unforgettable experience.
Your trip will be “tailored” and organized specifically for you and with you, creating something unique and exclusive based on your desires.
Below we explain, step by step, how your itinerary is planned, defined, and organized: a little trip “behind the scenes” of the show starring you and our beautiful Italy!

For our work, of course, we need to add another one question: how much?
First contact
Please submit your contact request using the form available at this link or either via WhatsApp or by phone by our US number +1 740 200 4809 (in this case, please note that we are in the European time zone!).
Within 24 hours, Alessandra will contact you and ask you to answer the famous “5 Ws” listed above, as well as your budget.
Definition of the itinerary, program of activities, and budget
One of our experts (Alessandra, Stefania, Arianna, Laura, or Elisabetta) will review your request and contact you within a few days to explain our proposal in detail.
Together, you will decide on any changes to the itinerary, planned activities, or any details that are not to your complete satisfaction (we recommend that you trust our advice regarding the feasibility and appropriateness of certain choices!).
Decide, pay, and go!
Once everything has been finalized, you will be asked to pay a small deposit and your dream trip will move on to the operational stage.
In the following period and up until the deadline of 60 days before your arrival in Italy, you will have the opportunity to request changes to the program, which we will try to accommodate depending on the availability of the suppliers involved (in these cases, there may be adjustments to the costs).
Booking and finalizing details
Your trip goes through Lara, who takes care of the bookings.
We start with the accommodation to ensure the availability of your chosen options, then move on to organizing transfers, activities, and experiences, paying particular attention to coordinating suppliers to guarantee you a smooth and relaxing experience.
Ticketing
In the meantime, based on the dates when tickets for the various attractions go on sale, we will take care of purchasing all the tickets you need for your visits, as well as train or boat tickets, of course.
Final check & voucher drafting
One month before your arrival, Lara will contact all suppliers for a final check of schedules, meeting points, and a detailed reminder of the activities booked.
The voucher will then be drawn up by Lara and sent to you within two weeks of the start of your trip.
The voucher contains all the details for:
- Accommodation (address, telephone number, check-in and check-out times and procedures, tourist tax amounts, any extra services booked at the accommodation)
- Activities: meeting points, names and telephone numbers of your guides, duration of the experience, and a brief description of the activities.
- Transfer with private driver: pick-up times and locations, driver contact details, drop-off location.
- Transfer by train: departure and arrival stations, train numbers and timetables.
- Transfer on foot or by public transport: for local travel if you do not wish to take taxis (not included), you will find directions for public transport or walking.
