Started with his father Guido, the son Andrea continues the tradition of great wines in the cellars,to serve the guests of the Truffle Bistrot and the restaurant Guido da Costigliole the excellence of the grapes of Piedmont and beyond. The salt caves with salts from the Dead Sea that look onto the hills, the grape-based treatments and the bio-sauna with herbs from our botanic garden create a perfect synergy with the surrounding nature.

The most authentic and engaging way to experience the wine culture of this region is in the company of those who produce it and experience it every day. That’s why our wine tastings involve both the most renowned producers as well as the small, yet refined ones.

You are going to visit two wineries a day, enjoying delicious wines paired by typical food.

The delicious truffle is a rare mushroom that requires specific conditions to grow as well as many years of cultivation before it can be harvested. Piedmonte regional cuisine is one of the richest and most interesting on the Italian scene; it is also one of the best known and most appreciated abroad. It is no coincidence that so many of Italy’s star chefs are based in Piedmont.

With the help of an English speaking expert cook, you’ll learn to combine local ingredients to create typical dishes of the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero regions of Piedmont. Duration and modalities of the class will be customized according to your preference.
