From 5th to 12th June let’s discover the charm of Italian language and culture within a small group, joining Italian classes while admiring the cultural and gastronomic heritage of the Veneto region surrounded by the Prosecco hills.

Welcome in a true paradise amidst the green Prosecco hills – a Unesco World Heritage Site – where elegance and beauty harmonise with the authentic simplicity of the territory. A place designed to offer a warm and elegant welcome with its delicious gourmet cuisine, and to give guests the opportunity to try out various sporting activities and excursions or treat themselves to relaxing moments in the beauty centre.
In addition, the best wines can be tasted in the wine cellar, accompanied by inviting snacks and refined gastronomic specialities.
A day dedicated to a cookery course in a rural setting, where a chef will be waiting to offer you an original gastronomic experience. You will be surrounded by nature and spoilt with a docg prosecco. Classes are hands-on in the kitchen and, weather permitting, lunch takes place outdoors. All ingredients are organic, seasonal and locally sourced.
On your return, during the evening aperitif, the teacher will introduce you to the Italian course.
The Italian class offered every morning for about an hour and a half. Communicative teaching: real-life situations, some reading, dialogues, short videos and songs. You’ll participate in role-plays, pair or group work, story-telling and simple debates.
We will have short and easy conversations about travel, music, gastronomy, famous Italians, cinema, fashion, architecture, sports and more.
After the course, a fascinating visit to “L’Antica Quercia”, a local farm in Conegliano, awaits you: a walk through the vineyard, a visit to the winery, with a presentation on the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area, and a description of the various types of Prosecco. Tasting of three wines, and olive oil (produced on the farm) with bread, accompanied by a platter of local cheeses, cold cuts and breadsticks.
At the end of class your bike will be waiting for you for a day of adventure and tastings. You can choose an electric or traditional bike depending on your needs.The Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a Unesco Natural Heritage Site and one of the most famous and important areas for world oenology, are characterised by slopes and terraces with vineyards, forests and villages.
By bike, you will ride through the Cartizze hills, the true heart of wine culture, where “everything” is a vineyard. Its 65 kilometres are a succession of different landscapes, distant horizons, vineyards, history, art and emotions that will leave you stunned at every turn. You will drive along secondary roads, passing by the small villages part of the “Borghi più belli d’Italia” (Italy’s most beautiful villages): Follina with its fascinating Abbey, Cison di Valmarino with its majestic Brandolini Castle, Rolle, a stop at the ancient Molinetto della Croda and then on to Col San Martino, and up to Valdobbiadene, the city of wine par excellence. You will stop at the famous “Osteria Senz’Oste” for a private tasting of typical local products and prosecco.
