A five day itinerary dedicated to the culinary excellence of a rich and hospitable land, Emilia Romagna. You’ll
have the opportunity to savor completely this region: you’ll visit some local farms and you’ll discover the typical
bolognese workshops
where you’ll prepare, directly with your hands, typical dishes like bolognese
tortellini. Finally, you’ll continue this journey of taste by exploring local some of the excellence of this
land, such as balsamic vinegar of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano and Culatello.

Overnight at Palazzo Bisano and Palazzo Rosa Prati
 A dive into art and history

You will stay at Palazzo Bisano that for years has been the art studio of the painter and sculptor Maria Luisa Musolesi who, over the years, has completely decorated and furnished this place with her works. Today it is a charming apartment, a place of art and comfort to spend an exclusive stay. Palazzo Rosa Prati, historical house in Parma, welcome our guests in a suggestive and exclusive setting.

Cooking lesson and aperitif
Tour of Dozza wineries and traditional shop of Bologna

The staff of Il Tortello Ribelle will prepare an aperitif and then a Gourmet dinner that you’ll enjoy while relaxing in your apartment. You’ll attend a cooking class to learn how to prepare the typical dishes tasted the night before. For lunch you’ll visit Dozza, a medieval village full of colors and art as well as wine cellars where you can have wines and local tasting . After lunch you can visit the Rocca Sforzesca and then continue to the center of Bologna walking among the typical shops of the city. Finally aperitif at the Salumeria Simoni, the best Bolognese gastronomy a few steps from Piazza Maggiore.

Museum Pavarotti
Acetaia of Modena

In Modena visit the Pavarotti House, where the composer lived the last years of his life. The house was designed scrupulously following the indications and drawings that the Master gave to the architects and technicians who followed the construction. Following a guided tour of the Acetaia Leonardi, historical family of Modena, with tasting of balsamic vinegars during a buffet of local products.

Parma, a creative Unesco city
Culinary excellence

You’ll visit Parma, a creative Unesco city for gastronomy, and its aristocratic architecture. Dine at the Tcafe ’Lounge Bar in a context of fresh and refined design. The tour will continue  discovering the famous Culatello di Zibello, Parmigiano Reggiano  Lambrusco and other locally produced. In the afternoon you will return to Parma to enjoy the afternoon walking through the narrow streets of the historic center. Dinner is a typical tavern, mentioned several times by Gambero Rosso, located in the historic center of the city.
